At Robinson Udale, we like to go further, we work with accounting, payroll, and tax software on a daily basis and therefore, we are more than happy to share this knowledge with you if you require help. We use and recommend Sage accounting systems and Moneysoft Payroll Manager and with the govenments new Making Tax Digital initiative soon to come into play we have partnered with Xero and Quickbooks to enable us to privide you with knowledge and guidence accross multiple platforms.
- 50 Essentials – Simple software for small businesses. This is ideal for start-up, sole trading and small businesses with limited IT and accounting skills. Moreover, this is the most widely used package.
- Line 50 – Straightforward accounting software. Line 50 is a more powerful small business accounting and invoicing solution for businesses needing to accommodate more complex requirements.
- Sage One – Cloud-based accounting software. A continually changing and improving piece of Cloud-based software to suit most business types. Providing easy access for you, wherever you are, and to us when and where necessary.
Sage no longer sells their software in disc form. Instead, it is now only available through a monthly subscription. But, in advance of their announcement, we were able to purchase a bundle of software packages we can now sell. Sage charge £15 per month for their essentials package, though, we offer the disk for a single payment of £100+VAT. This software should last 4-5 years from a SAGE support perspective.
We have extensive knowledge of Sage and are available to help with any issues or questions you may have. Moreover, we are happy to come out and give you some one-to-one training on the software. Also, with Sage One we can access your data remotely and advise and amend where necessary if requested.
